b. Additionally, we upload these leads into a route manager, which generates a URL link for customers to open on their Apple or Android device and navigate to these businesses using their preferred navigation app, such as Waze, Apple Maps, or Google Maps, saving time and effort.

2. User Information:

a. In order to provide our services effectively, we collect minimal user information, including one zip code, a navigation app preference, a starting point address, and preferred business verticals.

b. User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Quality of Leads:

a. While we strive to provide outstanding leads in the selected business verticals, we cannot guarantee the quality or success of every lead.

b. Our aim is to save time and effort for our customers by streamlining the process of accessing business leads and navigating to them.

4. Driving Disclaimer:

a. While we provide routes and business leads through our Service, we are not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur while individuals are driving and using the routes provided.

b. Users are solely responsible for obeying traffic laws, exercising caution while driving, and ensuring their own safety and the safety of others while navigating to businesses using our Service.

5. Limitation of Liability:

a. In no event shall Route Prospector be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Service.

b. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Modifications to Terms:

a. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
